恭喜發財!
I hope everyone had a great Chinese New Year and a proper reset – now it’s time to shake off the holiday cobwebs and really get the season going at full speed.
Race season is practically upon us, and we have a full calendar of races where we want to put our best foot forward, perform well, and have a super fun time in the process.
This is the moment we decide what kind of year Buzz is going to have. For the team to prosper, we need as many people coming out to training as possible, so we can all be part of building the team into what it can become.
Race Signups
Our first race is in a month, and our last race of the main season will be in late June. That may seem a long way in the future, but planning starts now, including signing up for races.
To enter the right number of boats, we have to lock in crews, and that means knowing who is in, and who is out, for each race. A clear "yes" or “no” is far more helpful than "pending": it lets us avoid scratching boats, over‑entering, or spending hours chasing people who were never planning to race.
So if you take nothing else away from this update - please at least go into TeamApp today and update every race with either “Yes” or “No”. We understand things may change in the next months - sometimes life gets in the way - but please give your best guess now, to help us organise races.
