Hong Kong Beer Co started in 1995 with an ambitious goal: to brew fresh, full-flavoured craft beer for the first time in Hong Kong, a city whose beer market was dominated by industrial lagers.

The Cadillac is a massive open-air Mexican-American bar and grill in Causeway Bay’s Hysan Place. It takes diners on a culinary road trip from Tijuana to Los Angeles. The menu is divided into “north of the border” and “south of the border” sections. In it you’ll find innovative twists on Mexican cuisine, such as beef tartare tacos, sea urchin on pork chicarron, as well as classic favorites such as burritos and carne asada. The Cadillac is also a great place just to kick back with a few drinks on the terrace. It features a good selection margaritas and other cocktails (including bubble tea cocktails), along with choice beers and wines.

DEVIL'S ADVOCATE

In late April 1999, Wan Chai's first open fronted bar was brought to life allowing customers to spill on to the pavement and savour the sights, sounds (and smells!) of Lockhart Road. We quickly gathered a diverse clientele from all walks of life who appreciated the laid back atmosphere, friendly service and long happy hours!
Sporting fans are catered for with international sports being shown on three screens including football, motor sports and of course, rugby. Music fans can look forward to choosing their own favorite songs from our well stocked jukebox.
To see what all the fuss has been about come on down to "Devils" and pull up a stool at the bar, choose from our extensive drinks list, enjoy dinner with friends in a comfy booth or find a spot by the open front and just watch the world go by!

Brandwerk
Brandwerk was established by Ross Williams in 2007, with the intention of it being a Marketing/Branding company. As often happens in Hong Kong, ideas evolve and Ross found an opportunity to distribute one of his favourite beers; SUPER BOCK in Hong Kong and Macau. Well, think about it, a life dedicated to beer, beer marketing, relationship building with beer? Yep, not a difficult choice.
After starting to distribute SUPER BOCK, Ross decided he needed a draught beer (at this time SUPER BOCK was only available in bottles). Then one day, after a downhill Mountain Bike ride on holiday in Salzburg, Ross had one of the finest beers he’d ever tasted, Stiegl from Salzburg. So, after some discussions Stiegl joined SUPER BOCK, then an Aussie craft beer YENDA (& Cider Pressman’s) now followed by an Italian Craft beer Baladin. This year Brandwerk will add a superb Craft Irish stout made in the old style by Ohara’s in County Carlow.
There are quite a few great beers in the Brandwerk Portfolio, and lots of places around Hong Kong for the Buzz Dragon Boat team to enjoy them.
Soon we will provide you all with a list of places and the benefits to Buzz at these places. The focus of Brandwerk’s sponsorship with us will be SUPER BOCK, but some other great beers, Ciders and Radlers from their portfolio will make our events, practice and races even more enjoyable.
