I've been in this sport for over 10 years! I first started my dragon boat experience at a corporate team in Stanley, then I was introduced to one of the local fishermen teams in Chai Wan. As dragon boat is getting more popular in Hong Kong, I want to introduce more expat teams to join the local fishermen race while also passing on the this great Chinese culture to the younger generation. Have you ever seen a 50 man boat race? Have you heard BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) to the race?

I officially joined Buzz in 2021. One of my favourite memories with Buzz was at the Guam Dragon Boat International Race 2019. I want to say "Buzz-ians" are very supportive and friendly! What I love about Buzz is we are very focused and determined about practice and races. Occasionally we could be very silly and funny!! We train hard, play hard and drink hard!! I'm looking forward to race with this team in 2025!!
